Hey, nice that you are interested in our products! Here is some information about your right of withdrawal, explained in a very simple way:
What you should know:
You can change your mind within 60 days and return your order to us for any reason. This period begins from the day on which you or a person designated by you (who is not the delivery service) takes possession of the last goods if you have purchased several items in one order and they were delivered separately.
This is how you do it:
If you would like to cancel your order, simply send us a message. Simply write us a letter, an email or use the cancellation form on our website – whatever you prefer. Our contact details:

Important for the deadline:
In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you send us notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 60-day period has expired.
What happens after you revoke your consent?
We will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (less any additional costs due to a special delivery method you have chosen), immediately and at the latest within 14 days. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Don't worry, there are no fees for you.
Please return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of them that goes beyond checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Just for your information: The right of withdrawal does not apply to all purchases. For example, products that were made to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs, perishable goods or products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
